Floors by the Shore recommends re-oiling your deck twice a year, especially if your deck is mahogany. Although mahogany is a little more expensive, its durability, rich color and dense pattern make it a great choice for decking. It’s rot-resistant, but it still needs to be maintained in order to preserve its natural beauty and clean, splinter-free finish.

Each stain can be different. Some offer 3-hour dry time. But we require at least 2 days if other fast-drying stains are not being used.
Yes you can. Depending on the thickness you will need. Existing floor needs to be flat, dry, and clean and meets with requirements due to thickness.
