Mahogany Porch Refinishing
Starting at $800
We know the salt air and hot sun during the summer and mildew, green growth, rot and occasional structural damage during the winter can wreak havoc on your decks.
Fading, discoloration, and roughness are all inevitable. That’s why it’s so important to properly maintain them to preserve their beauty so that you can enjoy your deck for many seasons to come. Sprucing up your deck is also a great idea if you’re planning to sell your house or business.
Floors by the Shore is also the only NJ retailer for the Denmark-based natural oil finishing systems called WOCA, a 40+-year business that sustains the life of floors and decks without chemicals.
We offer the following services:
- Deck Refinishing – includes cleaning, a full sanding and two coats of WOCA Oil
- Deck Buffing – includes cleaning, a light buff and two coats of WOCA Oil
- Deck Repairs – includes, but not limited to, replacing loose or broken boards.
At Floors by the Shore, We Know Your Home or Business Is Important to You, and We’re Here to Make It Even Better!
Floors by the Shore recommends re-oiling your deck twice a year, especially if your deck is mahogany. Although mahogany is a little more expensive, its durability, rich color and dense pattern make it a great choice for decking. It’s rot-resistant, but it still needs to be maintained in order to preserve its natural beauty and clean, splinter-free finish.
"Our carpeting is supplied from some of the best carpet brand manufacturers in the country, including Shaw, Mohawk, Masland, Godfrey Hirst and others, to supply you with the highest quality at the best price."
